polishedpawsup asked: Thanks for your question! I pierce them by using something like a safety pin and gradually pushing it down into one spot with a twisting motion. Once you're far enough through to see where the pin will come out the other side, you can start in from that side. If you need to make a wider hole, needle nose tweezers work well.
